Helping others is a passion and I created FITLIFE by FEL in order to share my knowledge, training and life experiences  to help you live a better and more fulfilling life.

My goal is to provide clients with the right tools and knowledge, to help clients unleash their potential, paving the way towards both personal and professional success.

I was born in the country music capital of Australia in a small agricultural town of 50,000 people 5 hours from the closest major city. after graduating school I moved to Sydney and attended the university of Sydney and studied a B. Psychology for Social Work before relocating to Tokyo Japan, where I lived for 7 years. (You can only imagine the shock of moving from a town with 50,000 people to a city with 24 million people that don’t speak English!)

Eventually I relocated back to Australia before moving to Miami Beach where I have been living for 10 years now.

I am an avid runner in the community and compete in many of the local races and half marathons or you may see me running laps around our beautiful water ways in the mornings.

I have always been very health conscious and active. At some point in my life I have been a client of personal trainers, nutrition’s, physiotherapists, counsellors, mentors and life coaches. I don’t believe there is a one solution fits all approach to problem solving.

I believe that all the variables of problem solving must be considered for the most streamlined and effective end result.

For this reason, all of my programs are customized to the individual’s personal circumstances.
